We are recruiting!

We have a growing number of exciting and varied projects that we need talented people to work on. In particular we need people to join our team with expertise and interest in the following areas:

  • sustainable bespoke prefabricated workspace
  • complex phased refurbishments incorporating innovative passive and sustainable features
  • high-end internal fitout of restaurant and entrance spaces
  • finely engineered and responsive facade solutions
  • community and sporting clubhouse facilities
  • integration of landscape and architecture, especially in leisure and educational environments
  • zero carbon one-off residential new builds in urban contexts
  • high proficiency in working in Revit and on BIM projects

We are looking for people with the following levels of experience and skills:


You will have some previous work experience, be highly skilled in all adobe software as well as able to work in 3D computer packages. You will have excellent communication skills, be organised and proactive, and able to work on a number of projects at once. You will be comfortable producing hand drawn sketches.


You will be self-motivated, keen to take responsibility for project tasks and will work collaboratively with other team members. You will preferably have previous experience in Revit. You will be looking to become an integral member of the team contributing to the future development of the practice.


You will have a minimum of 3 years post Part II work experience including taking a project leading role coordinating a project team on creative and innovative schemes. You will be experienced in acting in a lead consultant role, collaborating with a range of consultants. You will have been involved in projects at all stages, including during construction. You will preferably have previous experience in Revit / BIM. You will be eager to find opportunities to help shape the future of the practice.


You will be highly skilled in Revit and have experience of using Revit for phased and refurbishment projects as well as new builds. You will be well versed in the latest protocols and working methodologies with an interest in integrating the latest working methods into the practice. You will have worked on BIM projects previously with the ability to work at level 2, working towards level 3. You will be excellent technically but also driven by the aspiration to achieve design excellence.
